Our working structure is a transparent, actively managed ETF investing in U.S. equities. The investment thesis, eligibility criteria, portfolio weights, rebalance policy and legal structure remain subject to development and review.
What is not yet finalized
- The investment mandate and final fund name.
- The fund's adviser, service arrangements and board appointments.
- The management fee, total expense ratio and any waivers.
- The prospectus and other applicable investor documents.
- An exchange ticker, listing date and actual brokerage availability.
How to evaluate a future offering
If a fund launches, read its prospectus and other applicable documents. Review the objectives, risks, fees, portfolio process and service arrangements. Website descriptions do not replace those documents.
