Privacy.

This site provides information about the White ETF / Black ETF development project and a private administration workspace.

Public visitors

You do not need an account to read the investor pages. We do not install advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and processes technical request data such as IP addresses and browser information.

Email you send us

If you email hello@white-etf.com or hello@black-etf.com, your message, email address and any information you include are forwarded through Cloudflare to the project operator's email inbox. We use that information to respond and maintain project correspondence. Do not send sensitive financial information or account credentials.

Administrator access

Admin login uses a one-time link delivered to an authorized email address. The server stores hashed login and session tokens, expiration times and rate-limit records. An essential secure session cookie keeps administrators signed in for up to seven days. Expired authentication records are removed during subsequent login activity.

Private workspace records

Authorized workspace notes, draft mandates and planning inputs are stored in a private Cloudflare database. White ETF and Black ETF have separate saved records. The admin interface also keeps a browser copy for recovery and migration. Signing out clears the active browser workspace copy. Exported files remain wherever the administrator saves them.

Sharing links

Social sharing links open the platform you choose. Those platforms process information under their own privacy policies. They are not loaded as embedded tracking widgets on this site.

Questions or deletion requests

Email hello@white-etf.com to ask about this site's handling of your information or request deletion of project correspondence. Records required for legal, security or dispute purposes can need separate retention.
