INVESTOR INFORMATION

Investment considerations.

Understanding risk is part of understanding an investment.

White ETF / Black ETF is a project in development. The following is general ETF information, not a complete description of risks for a fund that has not launched.

Market and strategy risk

Equity prices can decline. An investment strategy can underperform its benchmark or other investments. Concentration in particular companies, industries or factors can increase risk. Investors can lose money.

Trading and liquidity

An ETF's exchange price can differ from its net asset value. Bid–ask spreads and brokerage charges can add to an investor's costs. Trading availability and liquidity are not guaranteed.

Fees, taxes and portfolio changes

Fees and expenses reduce returns. Distributions and sales can have tax consequences. Rebalancing and trading can create costs. The final documents would explain the policies and risks applicable to any future fund.

No live performance or offering

This website does not present live fund holdings, assets under management or a performance record. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities. No final strategy, fee, ticker or launch date has been announced.
